I've been using Bentley programs for years, but lately always Select editions.
I have had Descartes loaded onto my machine, but it is Connect edition.
I'm sorry, but it is like some kind of bad joke. I'm really struggling to find many of the things I've always used.
Please don't ask me to use the search function - it is no better than the help in Select editions.
I'm trying to find the workspace settings so that I can set it to use two screens.
But also I need to access resources that will allow me to learn how to make the move from Select to Connect.
So that's 2 things - setting up operation with two screens, and tutorials to learn how to use connect.

Unfortunately search tools just doesn't work. Even when presented by Bentley most times it does not find anything because it does not find tools which are renamed in new version and it doesn't find tool by it name in dialog.
For example MS v8i tool "extend to intersection" is now "trim to intersection" so you will not find by search using extend.

Any idea how I can have normal "select-style" toolboxes within "connect" ?
You can bring V8i Task Theme in Descartes Connect, just done it! See image below.

It is not v8i task theme it is to display tasks which is actually better approach than U13.
