The answer appears to have been given in the details section. If you require any further detail or explanation I would suggest that you create a Service Request and provide a copy of the full dataset for investigation.
It did convert on Contextcapture Editor so this is fake explanation. It was normal model so there shouldn't be any fancy texture maps or anything. Ok I will create a Service ticket but first will try on latest Contextcapture as this screenshot was sent from customer.
