In POINTOOLS
I have classified different POD files (imported from TLS instrument, therefore each pod is a scan station)
I want to export them with the same structure (ie 1 pod file per station)
I have tryied the different export mode available in PT, but I always got 1 single POD instead of 1 POD per imported file.
Is there any possibility to export directly this way , or should I repeat the export task manually (by visualising each pod , hiding the other, and export visible points ?)

Try using the Export option "Layers as Classes". Are you using the latest version? 10.01.00.01 (Update1)

indeed but it doesn't work ...Pointools doesn't export layer per individual POD file. IT still creates 1 POD for all Layer.
but whatever this is not exactly what I want,:
I would like the same POD structure than the one imported, but with the classification upd that I have edited in Pointools.

If you are using layers, you could try exporting using the Layers as files option. This will create an individual POD file for each layer
