I was trying to do a 3D mesh of retouching of point clouds dataset. After submitting the production, the data process bar stuck at 48%.
And it returned as failed and only the metadata.xml can be found in the folder.

We can see that you have set a planar simplification which would be the origin of the error when dealing with point cloud reconstruction.Can you try setting the default simplification settings? Alternatively change the resolution of the simplification tolerance, your current setting of 0.035 pixels is, perhaps too low for that kind of point cloud.-simplification mode: Planar-simplification tolerance: 0.035 pixels
