When I try and start the engine it closes within 2 seconds.
I ran the health check and it says there is an error in the logging service.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
It is because of new disCONNECTED licensing scheme. Connection client is not providing offline usage when it should. Bentley prevented endless trial but in a result we now get entire production down. Software as service.
