Hello guys, I want to upgrade my PC system to better speed processing and performance,I'm using Bentley Contextcapture for every day 3D processing.
Any PC recommendation for high-end pc for this?
I am thinking about buying the AMD Treadripper 3960X 24C/48T instead of Intel i9 9960X 16C/32T
And 128GB of ram ( 3200Mhz )
Because we never have an experience with AMD, Will it affect the quality or performance or the result on Bentley Contextcapture?
I'm afraid AMD will not support these 3D processing things.
Thanks in advance.
That article from David appears to be from 2016 so I would say that information is slightly outdated. If Context Capture is anything like Pix4D in CPU and RAM usage, I would look into https://www.pugetsystems.com/recommended/Recommended-Systems-for-Pix4D-207/Hardware-Recommendations instead as it breaks down the differences between the different components.
Hope that helps at all.
