Can I join two blocks with Tie Points, one block is Geo referenced, I have then picked my Tie Points in the model, and then picked the same tie points in a separate block, exported and imported it to the referenced file.
In the geo-referenced block, create user ties points and export. Then in your non-georeferenced block, import those points as control points and mark the same locations in the photos that can see those points. Run AT on the non-geo-referenced "using the new control points for adjustment".
After AT is completed, select both the new AT block and the geo-referenced block using the CNTRL key. Right click and choose merge blocks
