Hello,
I've been working with the ContextCapture software on a project to evaluate it's usefulness and potential applications I can use it for at a later stage. In generating models I have run into the following line in the CC Engine, which sounds like an error line to me, but it is not immediately obvious as one.
"Task was interrupted (job queue not reachable). Please check job queue access." See the attached screenshot for an example of it.
I have had this line pop up a few times, especially when running tiled production overnight with multiple other productions queued and pending while waiting for the current one to process.
Just over the weekend, I had a situation where the second production in a queue of six became stuck for 3 days and 6 hours, with none of the other four productions having a chance to process. Unfortunately I closed the CC Engine of that queue before I took a screenshot.
I am wondering:
Hopefully someone has seen this before, and I will update this thread with more information if it comes about. Thanks!
Hugh

This issue also appears for us. Restarting machine helps for a while. Not sure why it shows file access issues seems Contextcapture leaves some file handles open so can't access these files later.
Hi Hugh,
Can you please try resubmitting the tiles that have been stopped and see if the job hangs again and let us know?
Good to know I'm not the only one seeing the lines, and it does seem like restarts help anyway. Thanks for the input!
Hi Felix,
I ended up resubmitting anyway and the project was produced successfully, so no ongoing issues. I'm not sure if the lines are directly related to the hang, though will keep an eye out.
Thanks for your reply though, and I will let you know if something comes up.
I have been getting the same error also. This seems to be happening more and more often since I updated to Release 14. Currently I am down to only running one gpu engine. Has anyone found the fix for this error?
