ContextCapture Engine 'Task was interrupted (job queue not reachable)'

Hello,

I've been working with the ContextCapture software on a project to evaluate it's usefulness and potential applications I can use it for at a later stage. In generating models I have run into the following line in the CC Engine, which sounds like an error line to me, but it is not immediately obvious as one.

"Task was interrupted (job queue not reachable). Please check job queue access." See the attached screenshot for an example of it.

I have had this line pop up a few times, especially when running tiled production overnight with multiple other productions queued and pending while waiting for the current one to process.

Just over the weekend, I had a situation where the second production in a queue of six became stuck for 3 days and 6 hours, with none of the other four productions having a chance to process. Unfortunately I closed the CC Engine of that queue before I took a screenshot.

I am wondering:

  1. If anyone else has run into this line in their CC Engine?
  2. If it is important?
  3. If it may be related to the productions that become endlessly stuck and do not progress for a significant period of time?
  4. If there are any solutions to fix this issue?

Hopefully someone has seen this before, and I will update this thread with more information if it comes about. Thanks!

  • GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630.
  • CC and photos to use all stored on a 237 GB SSD, HDD available but not used currently.

Production that got stuck

  • 24 Tiles at 9.1 GB
  • 408 photos, 100% calibrated photos
  • 171390 auto tie points
  • 0 survey points or constraints
