Please do the same. Click on the "Show Details" button in the error dialogue and take a screenshot. Create a service request (apps.bentley.com/.../ProductSupport) for Bentley Technical Support attaching details of the error.

You should contact the person in your office that has permissions and is an administrator. They will also be give you permissions to create service request etc.
