This has happened before and I don't know how to fix it. We have an ELS aggreement with Bentley for Context Capture, yet I process a job and after 5 days of processing I get orthomosaic images that are watermarked with non-commercial use.

RE: How do I know I'm using a full license and not non-comercial?

That setting issue should be resolved very soon and you will again be able to use the "optimized computation" option. Normally if you have not go a license then When you start ContextCapture you will be warned as the product starts via the CONNECTION CLient. In addition to this you will either see a message in ContextCapture that it is in trial mode and that you have "x" number of days left. If more then 7 days have elapsed the software would not start. Additionally you can always check your license status in the Bentley Licensing Tool.applicatiion.

RE: How do I know I'm using a full license and not non-comercial?

Thanks Felix. Using 'Reference 3D model' option has solved my immediate problem and will suffice for this project, although the 'Optimised computation' is designed to give more realistic results.

However, there is something deeper going on with licensing. How do I tell when I start a project that I have a commercial license? If I haven't picked one up, what do I need to do?

Cheers

RE: How do I know I'm using a full license and not non-comercial?

What setting have you used in the Format Options for Orthophoto? I would recommend that you set the colour source to "Reference 3D model (visible colours)". I suspect that you may have set this to "Optimized computation" which is causing the watermark to be displayed.
