I read in changelog that there is a new next generation aerotriangulation algorithm available as preset.
Do not see it as block setting or preset available from list?
This is a new preset available in C:\Program Files\Bentley\ContextCapture\data\Presets\ATIt is a feature that is still under development so it has to be taken as a teaser more than a definitive algorithm. To take this preset in account for the AT, you need to load it directly from this location.
For what datasets it could improve aerotriangulation?
This uses incremental approach to allow different components to be connected and registered together. On some AT's you may have the main component which does not include all the photos, and this is to address this problem.

Tried it and no noticeable difference can be seen. Same as setting block type "vertical view only" or "Orbit around thin structure" no real difference.
"Update 16" changes: Get highly accurate 3D reality meshes with the new aerotriangulation that supports imagery alignment on most challenging scenes and reduces stitching errors.
Is this the same "algorithm" preset?
