I have a Mac which i understand won't work with the CC Viewer. I have installed Bootcamp and a Windows OS on my Mac and downloaded the CC 3D viewer.
I can't get the 3MX or 3MS file to open in the viewer. When i double click on the file it opens the viewer although is just blank. The model doesn't show up. There are no error messages, just a blank viewer.
Any ideas on how i can get it to work? I'm running a 2019 iMac

Hi install your lastest graphics card driver from the manufacture site ( note from automatically update drive in Windos) then run the program.
