I have a .pod created by Trimble Business Center. There are 3 scanner setups in it. When I import the .pod using ContextCapture Master, I get "Failed to find one unique scanner" about 80% of the way through. I did the same thing with another project that had 2 setups and it worked fine. Anything is particular I should be lookng for to address this?

Ok - so it doesn't need the scan station location to create the mesh since the .pod has all the point cloud info from all the scan stations? It just won't be in the correct position. Which format does keep the scan station location?
You can input manual scanner location but it depends of scanner locations as some parts of model may be shadowed and will not mesh correctly. Best is to split the pod(tile point cloud tool) in multiple scans and input each separately.
