World files not recognised?

I have a large ortho mosaic that I have produced in ContextCapture and exported as jpg.  When I open the jpg's in ArcGIS or QGIS the jpg and world files are read correctly and the imagery is correctly located.  However, when I open the same files in ContextCapture Editor the world file is not recognised (there is no 'Sister File' option to select under Geo Priority) and the imagery obviously loses it spatial reference.  I haven't come across this problem before as I usually export to tiff, but I wanted to export to jpg to save on size as the moasic covers several hundred square kms.

I've searched the forums and the best I could see was to have 'Use Sister Georeferenced File' checked under Preferences>Raster Manager, which I have done, but to no success.  Appreciate any thoughts or guidance.
