Interlocking circle patterns for UAV imagery acquisition was described In the SIG Virtual Workshop: Bentley Reality Modeling for North America – November 1, 2018 (which was held on December 6, 2018). What flight plan software was used to create the interlocking circle patterns and photo intervals, overlaps, and camera angles? I was using Autopilot by Hangar, but all that app offers is grid mapping patterns. Besides, Autopilot appears to be out of business. Do you know of any other good flight plan apps for UAV image acquisition for mapping, for processing in Context Capture?
Try Pix4D Capture or Hammer. Both have orbits and you can set the oblique camera angle.
Yes i use pix4d but only takes jpg not raw photos!
