Copy textures for holes from nearest squares

Hello.

I can delete car from parking or cloverleaf crossing and make flat surface instead car.

How can I copy textures from nearest squares to close untextured mesh to make perfect parking or cloverleaf crossing without cars?

What type of Bentley software I need to use for this task?
