&lt;p&gt;When producing an orthophoto, you can choose the sampling distance (i.e. the size of your pixels in your model units).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If your reconstruction is done at the right scale, then you will be able to easily make measurements.&lt;/p&gt;
