Hi, we have a project running the reconstruction processing. But only 20% tasks are sucessful to complete. The other processes have the same error "Failed during 3D mesh export". One log of a failed task is uploaded. Please help me! Thank you very much!

You are using an old version of ContextCapture (Update 10 was released in 2018). We recommend you upgrade to ContextCapture Update 16.
Looking at the logs, it seems your Z: disk is running out of space, since we failed to copy a file to a folder in this disk.

Thank you for your reply. We use a shared storage with a lot of space left. We also suspect that the storage is not accessible. But the files in cache and project directory can be accessed through explorer.exe in this shared storage. We checked the original images using checking image tool and found no errors. How can we find out the real cause of this problem?

It seems some pyramid files are corrupted. Can you remove the contents in CC/liulao2_1028\Project files\Block_2\images and resubmit your job?

We have used this method as you said and got a completed task . Also, we do not resubmit this job, and only make another try to rerun the failed task, we get a completed task finally. So why can we get the right result without removing "image" directory and resubmiting the job? Is it possible that the error, which shows that some pyramid files are corrupted, occurrs because of no response of the storage, or is there some error in file access checking by contextcapture?
