Raster Images from Context Capture

I am trying to create a raster to have a 2D image of my project i  can place into an ORD file.  However when I try to create a raster under Ortho/DSM as a .tiff file, my images are coming out black and white, they look more like an ink blot.  I created the reference model already.  Idk how to get my images to come out right.
