I'm using Pointools 10.01.00.01 and trying to save a 6gb pod file into a pts file. The process has been running for 3 days and still hasn't finished. Is that normal? I can see the pts file size slowly being written to, but a few days for a file conversion?

Can you confirm that you have plenty of free disk space available?
Yes Felix, it's a network drive with 1.25TB of free space left.
Just tried to export the file to a local drive rather than network drive and it works fine now.
Maybe this was due to file permissions?
Honestly I don't know. I have full permission for the destination folder, and I can see the pts file size increase gradually, albeit very slowly, 9GB written over 3 days. The final pts file size is 36GB.
