Can someone help me with how to import 2D CAD Drawings in pointools. I tried several times importing from AutoCAD R14 to 2013 Version but nothing happened, i.e. Nothing Import, No Processing at all.

You might want to check the point tools documentation as to which versions of DWG files can be used.
