Convert/Export STM to LandXML

Question

I need to get my developed STM (ContextCapture Editor) out to LandXML or something else to share with collaborators in C3d. I can get the contours out easy enough and I can see the triangles doing everything I want them to do with breaks and such. Just need the last bit. 
 Win 10 64, 32gb ram , I7 6700 3.4ghz 
 CCE 10.06.0017 
 ORD 2020R3

Got this sorted by extracting to TM and then going into ORD, to the terrain properties, right clicking on the Terrain entry, exporting to InRoads DTM (could do LandXML from there too) the to InRoads for sanity check, exported from LandXML from there and then pulled into c3d. Everything looks right. Next time I will export from the properties direct to LandXML. 
 To be clear, what I should have done was this... 
 
 This seems as though it is a convoluted way of doing things. I think this should be easier. Maybe it is and I just don't know about it. It would be cool if I could just right click on my built .stm and choose export options.
