Hi
A client sent to me a 3D model and i try to open it in the context capture viewer and it seems like the program open the model but doesn't show it.
I try to update all the computer and also uninstall and install again, nothing works.
The issue is that six months ago its all works fine.
Also i try to open the file on other computer and its work fine.
any idles what to do ?
what type of file are you trying to open?
Two things to check
1. have you tried to open other 3mx or 3sm file
2. are you running cc viewer on a 32 or 64 bit machine?
