You can easy convert surveys to POD. If you export your surveys as simple XYZ file then attaching it as Point Cloud it will convert it to POD.

The POD format is a point cloud format. These cannot be converted to DGN, the point cloud (POD file) is attached to the DGN and displayed. Your surveys will be in DGN format with the POD attached.
