Hi Bentley communities,
We are using Bentley context capture software's for past couple of years, Unfortunately we got some issues recently while processing point cloud in Context capture master. We got continuous error as a Engine failure while processing for 3D Point clouds.
Even we tried with Different RAM as a Inputs. Need you guys support to rectify this issues. Added screenshots and working files also here

Please try updating the driver for your graphics card with the latest available for download from the Nvidia website. Choose the custom option and select a clean installation. If you are still having an issue try disabling Vulkan in ContextCapture settings and running the process again

We did updates for Graphics drivers attached for your refence. Even though still the production getting failed only. What we have to do further? Pls assist us..Thanks
Try disabling Vulkan in ContextCapture settings and then resubmitting.

We tried, Again we are facing same error. What the next step to be taken to resolve this?
Downgrade to U18. With all these new milestones and job management something is not working. We also got strange issues with stuck Engine and processing. No longer possible to monitor what is going on. Waited so long for some fixes introduced in U19 and such a disappointment. Seems U19 was rushed to early for release.
