I have tried to process an aerial dataset of some building. The AT goes well, but production keeps failed with the following error:
error 273965065
Any suggestion on what to do?

Official reply from Bentley:
"Are you using remote desktop to access the computer and ContextCapture? If so, this will be the cause of your issue. Remote Desktop is no supported and will result in the kind of error that you are experiencing. If you need to access the application from a remote location we recommend that you use TeamViewer or a similar application."
I will second this. I recently discovered it was caused by the remote desktop application. After ditching it, I haven't seen the problem return.
Hi all, so I am not sure if this will help anyone, but I managed to solve this problem. It was an issue with using the remote desktop application (ie accessing the computer with CC installed on it remotely). I would suggest using another app, such as splashtop. Worked for me!
We suggest you to create a service request and attach a log file.
Hi there, I am also getting error 285491202 with production failure. The AT's all look fine and have been merged to create one production. I have not changed my workflow or any settings. In the past if this would happen it may be due to lack of disc space, however I have plenty of space for this job and can't see why this would keep failing.
