Can't open context capture editor -Access denied. "You don't have enough permission to perform this operation. Ask your administrator"

Question

I am using educational context capture - non commercial. 
 However I can't open Context Capture editor as the below screen appears when I select either choices following by the "access denied" information page. 
 Please assist me?

Hi Hamid, 
 Right mouse click on the ContextCapture editor icon and select Run as Administrator. This time when the application starts you can select the ContextCapture version you wish to associate your application with and tick the box to remember your choice. this time when you click on "Proceed" your selections will be accepted and retained when you next start CC Editor normally. This action is only required once after the application has first been installed.
