I can merge 3MX productions as per the instructions here https://communities.bentley.com/products/3d_imaging_and_point_cloud_software/w/wiki/24605/merging-3mx-files
and the 3MX file opens fine in Context Capture Viewer, but when I also copy in the 'App' folder and upload to Azure, the model does not load. All my other models with a single 3MX production work fine on Azure, but not my merged one.
Any advice on why it is not working and how to make it work?

Web viewer doesn't support merged models. Which web viewer version you use? 1.4?
Hi Oto. How do I check which version of Web Viewer I'm using? I'm using Context Capture Update 16 (because the newer versions don't work with my RTK workflow). Cheers
It show version in about window in app when opened in browser.
U16 has latest versions of web apps and not likely Bentley would update them. 3mx/3sm publishing is lost opportunity the formats are very limited even that there was room for improvement.
