I hope someone has a solution - we are getting the below message trying to run ContextCapture Engine:

The machine is am HP Proliant DL380 G9 server.
GPU is GEFORCE GTX 1660 Super.
Drivers installed, everything looks good. Until we run the engine. Nvidia says I need to do a bios update - but I am unsure that paying for a service agreement without knowing whether or not that will solve the issue is wise. It seems to me that there are possibly some settings in the Nvidia Control Panel that need to be set, but while I see people have commented that resolved their issues, noone indicates what settings were changed.
I am desperate at this point. Bentley Tech Support simply told me to uncheck Vulcan API, which seems to be the default answer. I did uncheck it and it does not solve the problem. This is extremely urgent, we are losing $ everyday that I cannot get this to work.
Thanks in advance!
Are you accessing the computer via Remote Desktop? This type of message suggests that you may be. If so please note that this is not supported .
No I am not accessing this remotely. Remote desktop is available, but not using it to use contextcapture
i have the same issue
Hello there, guys. I'm currently going through the same issue. So, I'd still be grateful for your ideas on how to solve that. You, I've seven bought a new amd radeon r7 250, but nothing has changed. It's obviously not about a graphic card. Then I don't know what to do, guys. It all makes me really sad because I've just upgraded my whole setup, and it doesn't work properly. Sad but true, you know. Anyway, guys, I'll be waiting for your replies. Thanks in advance for your help! I highly appreciate it!
