Thank you for the response, any idea when it could be downloaded? All my machines are windows 11, and context capture is not working. I need to decide soon whether to do a clean install in windows 10 and all the associated work, or wait.

You are not alone with this issue. Not being able to use ContextCapture on Windows 11 machines is extremely frustrating. It's not like Windows 11 is going away so you would think this is a top priority. Have you heard anything about when an update will be resolved? This issue is literally costing us thousands of dollars and the only feedback I'm getting is that it's a known issue that they are having trouble reproducing themselves.

Unfortunately, I gave up and reinstalled windows 10 in another computer to get it running. My "ticket" was never resolved, and after an email with some generic suggestions, they stopped communicating with me trying to solve the issue.
Not very reassuring for my first experience with this company. I understand i'm a very small company with only 1 copy, but still, you'd expect better responsiveness with the cost of the software.
Understood. That's unfortunate. I'm still holding out hope. Bentley has always treated me fairly in the past. I'm hoping this is a minor bump that will be resolved soon. I guess we'll wait and see.
Hopefully, on the plus side the software is running perfectly on windows 10. I’ll let you know if I hear anything else on windows 11.
