I know I have asked many questions lately - and I have sent in this exact ticket to technical support, but thought I would post here as well to see if anyone has a similar problem with a solution.
Installed ContextCapture on a Dell Poweredge R620. Bios is up to date. Installed an NVIDIA Quadro P400 with up to date drivers. Was getting tensorflow_cc error. Installed CUDA Toolkit (was suggestion when getting tensorflow_cc error). Now getting "The Application was unable to start correctly, (0xC0000142). Click OK to close the application". Based on search for this error, it is due to an outdated or corrupt file. I have downloaded fresh install of ContextCapture, same error.
These are the specs for our machine:Dell PowerEdge R6202x 2.20Ghz E5-2660 8 Core Processors - Total of 16x Cores8x 8GB PC3-10600R RAM - Total of 64GB Memory2x 600GB 10K SAS 2.5'' 6G - Total Storage of 1.2TBNvidia Quadro P400 Graphics- CUDA Processors 256- OpenGL Support OpenGL 4.5- Compute Capability 6.1
All of these meet the requirements for ContextCapture - but while the Master and Settings will run, the Engine will not. This is urgent and has cost a week so far of downtime.
I have the exact same problem!!!
I got a response from customer support that they are putting in a request for bug fix and in the meantime to use version 17 instead of 19. I ran a test and version 17 worked.
