Hello (ContextCapture Update 19,10.19.0.122)
I have been doing Reconstruction from Aerotriangulations of a city, the problem is that in some buildings, the program can not make or construct a complete one, for example:
What can I do? to attack these perturbations?. A similar case is that some buildings are deformed, like this:
I used 3D Polygon for geometry constraints but didn't planarize the building. Sincerely I don't know how to attack these problems.
These are the parameters I use for reconstruction:
Do I need some low-level settings? or some code? to fix these problems?
Is this a production from Nadir imagery only?
Yes, it is.
I suggest you to use the touch up tools. Below are 3 youtube videos about this topic.

Does exist a possibility to create a 2.5d mesh reconstruction?
You can get a 2.5d orthophoto production.

In the end, Nadir Imagery is useless in ContextCapture. It doesn't exist any way or solution to fix those buildings....
The only way to fix these building holes is to use the touch up tool as mentioned yesterday. I wouldn't say that Nadir imagery is useless. It always depends on the type of mesh you want to achieve. In such an area, if the sides of the buildings are important and you want to deal with "holes" and "melting" effect as little as possible, then combining Nadir and Oblique imagery is a must.
