View Rotation Dialogue Box Not Opening

Question

When I click the View Rotation button in AccuDraw, I am expecting to see a dialogue box with a field where I can enter my step in degrees. However when I click the button nothing opens. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

 You can open the View Rotation dialog by using the key-in dialog viewrotation

By "View Rotation button" do you mean the "V" button? If so this rotates accudraw to the current view rotation. What do you mean by"
