I am using Bently connection client & O Orbit 3DM Import and Upload Tool 22.04.00.01 to upload GIS data from my local system .

On-prem means from local system.

Would like to get some idea about how I can plan to prepare the data to upload. its not just a my own data its company's huge data

What do you mean "to Bentley"? No such product exists.

Please specify what product or solution you plan to use, because the migration process is different, depending target product is plain MicroStation, OpenCities Map, OpenCities Planner etc.

What is "on-prem"? Can you be more specific? In what format GIS data is stored now?
