I'm getting this error and can't get any AT to resolve. What does this error code mean and how can it be resolved?
Can you right click on the failing AT block, select Export > Export log for technical support and upload the zip here? It will help us diagnosticate the issue.
I back pedaled a version and everything is now working. I have training all week but if I find the time I will look and see if I still have the log files.

Hello Eric, given the log, I expect this to be an issue during the installation of the software (we are failing to find a file that should be in the installation folder).
Please try to uninstall CC, then install the new version. If this does not solve the issue, please let me know.
