If you generate from Reality Mesh then use 3sm format as 3mx is causing issues.

Also Merge tool is not production ready and often doesn't work. Report it to Bentley.
Do you use latest CC Editor version? Actualy not that important as these known issues are not addressed.

Only actual formats which support georeferencing is GEOTIFF and ECW. For other formats you need to use "output options" and select sister file.

Set ouptut resolution in pixel size not DPI to get 0.01cm accuracy. Scale in georeferenced rasters are set by resolution x pixel size = real size of raster.

Yes, the model is georeferenced, but what option is to deliver the right scale with pixel size 0.01cm accuracy?

The other thing is that the is no online manual or training video anywhere.
