Recently, I migrated the publisher to an AWS (Amazon Web Service) server but I am having trouble getting it to work.(it was working perfectly on a local machine in Brazil)
After logging in, I try to access the "system" page, but I receive the message:
"An unexpected problem occurred. Something went wrong while loading the page. Please try refreshing your browser. If the issue persists, please refer to our support pages."
Could this be an issue with access to a particular file? We are in Brazil, and our AWS server is located in Virginia (USA).
Have some idea how ti fix this!?
