Hello, I prodiced a large orthomosaic raster map in CC cloud procesing (becuase the cloud doesn't give the option to produce small tiles), does anyone know how to export a large raster image into smaller tiles that are manageable to send electronically?
You need Descartes/CC editor then and do tile raster option.
Or if you have QGIS then GDAL has export to tiles.

I have Descartes, I dont believe thewre is a "Tile Raster" option, where is this?
Use the Merge tool with Output Type set to Multiple Files. The tool will use a vector grid to generate a mosaic of smaller rasters. And it can preserve the coordinate system of the original raster file given that the output format supports it.
The vector grid can be made of shapes or lines. There must be a text string inside each polygon of the grid (the text will be used to name the raster tiles) and it must overlap the original raster.
