&lt;p&gt;To accomplish this workflow with Descartes, first, you will need to use the &amp;quot;Resize Canvas&amp;quot; tool to move the raster&amp;#39;s boundaries. This tool is available in the &amp;quot;Edit&amp;quot; menu of Raster Manager and the &amp;quot;Descartes Raster &amp;nbsp;Control&amp;quot; toolbar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then, you can use the &amp;quot;Local Transform&amp;quot; tools to copy parts of the raster.&lt;/p&gt;
