io alla fine ho ricevuto un link diretto mandatomi da Bentley Italia... per quanto riguarda i dati Leica C10 per quanto ne so (e ne sono abbastanza sicuro) il formato è proprietario per cui devi per forza accedere ai dati da Cyclone e poi esportarli (consiglio .PTX o .e57) ... Cyclone è decisamente complesso e poco intuitivo, è a dir poco un dinosauro, ma a saperlo usare ha le sue qualità.

Noi stiamo testando altri software molto interessanti, si stanno muovendo diverse cose. se state seriamente valutando l'acquisto di hardware c'è da andarci coi piedi di piombo.

Salve PierCarlo, mi ritrovo il tuo problema, sto "girondolando" da 4 ore sul sito Bentley ma non trovo mai il link per la versione trial. ho effettuato la reg. ma mi rimanda sempre su una page dove c'è di tutto ma non il link.

Anch'io sto provando a contattare la sede in Italia......ma nisba............. Sai percaso quando costa il pointools v8i? Sto trattando l'acquisto di un leica scanstation c10... vorrei essere sicuro che il software Bentley pointools v8i riesca a dialogare con la macchina senza l'utilizzo di Cyclone che ho avuto modo di vedere e mi sembra molto complesso e allo stesso tempo poco intuitivo.

I'm trying to get free trial but this link go to my apps.bentley.com/bentleyconnect and in list of software there are no downloadable file... only the list of pointools software.

I'm also trying to get a contact to a sales manager of bentley but there are no answer :(

How can I know how much upgrade costs??? Bentley is really "ghost" in Italy :(((

Pointools Edit is now Bentley Pointools V8i, as Mathieu stated it will be out in upcoming days. UPDATE !!!!!!

Pointools V8i is NOW available for download of Bentley SELECT !

Pointools View and PODCreator are now available for SELECT Download, and as Mathieu stated Bentley Pointools V8i should follow.

I already use Descartes. I wish to install and test the standalone software Pointools V8i and Pointools View V8i as Bentley advertise about it since several month.

If you're looking for a Bentley application that handles Point Clouds, then look at Descartes.
