clip a tiff file

I'm new here...can someone give me info on how to clip a tiff file. I've opened it by itself and need to revise the revision block. Also it says read only HELP

    I understand that you opened the Tiff file directly in MicroStation. This functionality is only aimed to visualize raster attachments and doesn't allow any manipulation.

    If you want to clip the raster file, it needs to be attached to a DGN file. Then, using Raster Manager's "Clip" tool you will be able to clip the raster file. Note that clips are not permanent.

    If you want to clip the raster file permanently, you will need to use the "Crop" tool of Bentley Descartes.
