We have users opening a DGN file with a raster attached to add vectors in MicroStation XM and everything looks good. Then they open the same file in Iras B XM and the Raster Images appear shifted and compressed. The Raster Images are CIT files. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this?

What do you mean by appear ``compressed``?
Also could you send some CIT files in order for us to reproduce the problem on our side?

I cannot provide the files due to security reasons. But I was hoping to find out if there is a setting in Iras B that auto re-sizes a raster.
The screenshot below shows some sort of command being run automatically as far as width and height. I dont know why this is run evertyime I open the file in IrasB
