Add the ability to read horizontal and vertical accuracy in GCP import txt file

The actual import process of GCP coordinates text file consider only the 4 first field (ID, X, Y, Z).

For the Horizontal and Vertical accuracy, the end user have to enter it manually.

Is it possible to change it to allow the automatically import of these informations?
