DWG - Vector, Shapes and Text not in front of ECW image

      Product(s): MicroStation
      Version(s): 08.11.09.614
      Environment: N\A
      Area: Raster
      Subarea: N\A

    Problem

I have an ECW image attached in a DWG design file.  I am unable to bring the vector, shapes and text to the front on top of the ECW image.

    Solution

Raster attachment is not controlled by Display Priority in AutoCAD DWG design file.

In Element Selector select the level the vector, shape and text level(s) and select Edit > Bring To Front.  If certain vector, shape or text does not come you front try set setting transparency on the raster image in Raster Manager > Utilities > Transparency.  You will need to select All Colors.  This will allow you to see the vector, shapes and vector.  In Element Selection select the vector, shape or text that is not coming to front.  Make note of the level the vector, shape or text is on.  In Element Selection the level should show at the top of the list and should be highlighted.  Select Edit > Bring To Front.  This process should be done for all Vector, Shapes and Text that should be on Front.  After all Vector, Shapes and Text has been moved to the front do File > Save.  The Vector, Shapes and Text should now show on front.

Attached is a link to a video demonstrating the steps.
