User changes the contrast and brightness settings on raster images, which are .tif images, and the contrast and brightness changes show on their screen. User exits the DGN file and re-opens the DGN file and the contrast and brightness changes are set back to the default settings. It does not keep the contrast and brightness changes that were made prior to exiting the DGN file. The raster images are set to Read-Only in Raster Manager. User changes the raster images in Raster Manager to not be Read-Only. User exits the DGN file and then re-opens the DGN file and the raster images are set back to Read-Only.
Detached the raster images and then reattached the raster images and unchecked Read-Only when the raster images were attached. The contracts and brightness changes were maintained after the raster images were reattached as Read/Write.
