    Problem Description

When trying to use the resize canvas tool on an attached .tif it does not work and the error message "Raster file format is not supported in file creation mode"

    Reason

The tif image is an INGR tiff image from the discontinued Irasb software.

    Steps to Resolve

    Input the key-in:

    DC CONVERTRASTERFORCREATION ON

This only has to be done once and is saved in the <workspace name>.upf file.  The resize canvas tool can then be used on the attached image in any dgn file.
