    Problem Description

When attaching a WMS image in MicroStation – Raster Manager it shows “3P” symbol next to Available Layers.

    Reason

The ”3P” symbol means that the Available Layers window needs to be made larger.

    Steps to Resolve

Put cursor over the line above Map Layer and you will see a shape like a cross. Drag it down and you will see a listing of Available Layers.
