1.)    Open PDF image in Adobe Pro/Acrobat Standard

2.)    File > Save As Other > Image > TIFF

3.)    Verify File Name and Save as type – TIFF (*.tiff,*.tif)

5.)    Recommend changing Resolution to a higher value of 300, 600 or 1200

a.       Note:  Normal PDF images are 96 Dpi, which will cause the PDF to be a poor quality resolution

6.)    Once the TIF image has been created it can be attached in MicroStation V8 2004 Edition – Raster Manager
