</span>If a raster image is attached in the design file then the Merge command will work when Element to Process is set to Vector Only.<span>&nbsp; </span></span></div> <div style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"><span>&nbsp;</span></div> <div style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"><span>To resolve the issue you can attach a raster image to the DGN file and do the Merge process again.<span>&nbsp;
