Microstation (multiple versions) crashes when exported into LumenRT

Problem

Complex geometry (more than 200 MB) exported from Microstation V8i crashes, but same Model exported from Microstation Connect does not have any problem. No specific error message is shown.

Solution

Please use the “Large Model Export” style of export in the LumenRT menu. This takes longer but it can export any sized model without running out of memory:
